What we "cool kidz" do...

Before Alex's surprise attack, I was doing some extreme shopping with Shu and Jocelyn at the Japanese mart. I had to force myself to go to the cashier because if I stayed there for 1 more min.I knew that I would go bankrupt. I LOVE the Jap. Mart!!! Everything looks SO tempting. I bought mostly food/snacks. A beaut piece of fresh tuna, Salmon collar, some sukiyaki stuff, GREEN TEA and red bean ice-creams, veggies, NATTOS (i LOVE nattos! alex didn't :( he said it's like eating snot =_=), , some bakeries, etc. etc. So Alex came home JUST about the right time! I was happy that we can eat that piece of tuna right away instead of waiting till Friday.

I think it was after dinner (or before, cant remember), was the GIFTS TIME! I love everything that you got for me and they all SCREAM "I m for Winnie" i guess, ESPECIALLY the macaroons!"Thank you ten thousand five hundred and sixty one millions Beh." And the other gift that screams "I am for WINNIE!" was the HARIBO WORLD MIX candy that Alex mama got me. That TOTALLY screams me. :)

The next day Alex went to my school field trip with me for my Severe and Unusual Weather class. I guess it was fun. I was just in that class now and the teacher asked what was the most interesting in the exhibit. EVERYBODY thinks that the giant tesla coil was the most fascinating, but I liked the wave. SO here are some pictures in the museum. Funny thing, it was MY field trip but the pictures are all about alex.

(you had so much fun didnt cha)

After the field trip we went to Chinatown for CHIINESE food due to Alex's strong craving for asian flavors after his extended trip in Paris. So we went to 強記.

The next day, SUKIYAKI night!
We had korean soup base sukiyaki, grill fish collar with 鰻魚燒汁, mountain potato strips with miso + soba sauce and ALOT of veggies. Desert was 芒果椰汁西米露, basically it's coconut milk with some type of mochi that the white people call them tapioca, and mango. I can not make fancy meals like THOSE WHO have culinary backgrounds but I think it was an edible dinner. ;)

Then, I think it was sunday, we spent a day walking around in wicker park "looking cool." yea that's it. Just kidding. We did some selling and buying. OMG BEH BEH I bought this CUTEST pair of leopard slip-ons for Breanna! It's probably a little too big but she grows "scarily" fast so i guess it makes it ok. I can't WAIT to give them to you! mwa!

Later at night we had dinner at Peoples. GUESS WHAT? I was drunk...after 2 glasses of Sangria. but yea... i don't wanna talk about it. =3= but um....the dates wrapped in bacon was a babe.

Dates

Monday, we finally got to video chat with the girls!! Tahli was a little busy hanging-out with her friendsies, but we still got to say hi and see her cute little face. Jazzie was wearing the teenager shirt I gave her at our last visit to Ohio. The shirt was a little too long but she certainly looked like a TEENAGER! ha! Then, we went into the the topic of donating hair. She was REALLY worried that I am going to cut my hair too short and tried so hard to convince me to keep them shoulder long like what she used to have. awww. They are so sweet and FUNNY!

I devoted the rest of the day to my Legos.

Today. I stayed up till 5 in the morning to finish my I.M. Pei presentation and had to wake up at 8 for my 9 o'clock class. It was worth it because I think i did well in the presentation! Ma teacher LOVED it. =D Tho i was extremely tired after school, we decided to go out to the park, read some, draw some and bond some. Maite joined our fun thursday afternoon and of course we talked about ARCHITECTURE and RENZO PIANO, EWARD SAIC, and the CNA building which OBVIOUSLY is what Alex considered to be the BEST building EVER built in chicago. YEP.
