Yep! 4 years of college has come to an end. It wasn't easy but was definitely A LOT better than high school. Four years went by so fast. Now I look back, I did learn something everyday in the past four years (unlike high school, coz I learned nothing useful). And I am very proud to announce the success of our last project in college. The Museum of the Blues by the "dream team," me, Wenling, and Shu. Without them none of these could happen. I was SO lucky to have them girls with me the whole semester to create my last project for the school. I am proud of us! This project also brought me my third Year-End-Design-Award in the architecture department. I dare to say that I have no regret in SAIC!The Dream TeamMuseum of the Blues Final Proposal
Some of my FAV. profs.Trying to Look ProfessionalWhen I come home from my presentation and french exam, I received the warmest and sweetest celebration from Alex, holding flowers when I opened the door. "I am so proud of you Bei...," he said. What a wonderful man. Thank you for going through some of the most difficult times with me, listened to me when I was frustrated, talked to me when I was down, and calmed me when I was crazy. I am looking forward to our many many more little adventures. The fun part has just begun! After finals I felt very un-used to not staying at school from day to night, not seeing my girls everyday, and not eating deliveries at school. Alex and I have been looking into grad school in Europe, and China-Paris-London is probably the plan for the summer. I am started to miss Chicago... everybody is leaving... I am trying to do my best to spend as much time as possible with my favorite peoples in chicago. Including my favorite little person in Chicago, who is taking a nap right now to allow me to write you this blog entry.

SOMEBODY GOT THE JOB!
My best friend beautiful SHU SHU got an email saying that she got the job - A REAL ONE - in Taiwan. I was so happy for her and at the same time extremely jealous!! I should really start my own job hunting and start putting things together. We went to peoples last night after school to celebrate for Shu's job hunt. Her luck is rolling in! I am sure more GOOD news are coming after she goes back to Taiwan for spring break. (*giggle*)People's Lounge is one of a VERY FEW restaurants in Chicago that I revisited again and again. I love tapas and there just aren't many AMAZING tapas that you would want to visit more than once. But People's is not yet AMAZING but it's decent enough for me to go back.Ahi Tuna with Potato WontonVegetable CakeDuck Breast (SO GOOD)Speaking of food, this week I am not very excited to make BIG dishes, tho some easy good comforting dishes for dinner. Also because Alex is sick these two days. So soup for the patient.Lamb Stew with Curry + Ham and Potato SoupItalian Wedding Pasta SoupOK.. SO... Guess where I am... I came over twice to babysit Pan Pan today. Just put her to bed and she was still singing for awhile before I got online when I left her room. Isn't she just one sweet apple pie..? (*smile)

Birds in My Tree
Recently have been babysitting Pan Pan quite a lot. She is very fast at learning language right now! A lot of the words she can speak in both Chinese and English! Way better than Alex!

Me And My Little Bunny Bee
My Bunny Bee Again
While I was there today, we facetimed with Alex (who look like a crazier gummy bear in this picture, but so FUNNY!). And Pan Pan was so curious of a hairy man appearing on the screen, but all of a sudden she fly kissed Alex out of no where!! I thought that was adorable! *heart*
I've also back to my cooking mode lately. There had been awhile that I totally don't feel like cooking, but recently I have been having itch to cook good meals again. May be I've been sick of eating disgusting food. Even take-outs can't really please me. It's soooo difficult to find take-out food that ACTUALLY meet restaurant standards. So that's probably what motivates me to cook again. or I just don't have much of a choice.

抱抱寶寶
如果我要離開芝加哥,盼盼會是我其中一隻最捨不得的小鬼...

SO because of this, I am determined not only to have my own hotel brand, but my own kindergarden.
